LA-LA Land

Emily and I took a trip to LA. We rode rides, ate tons of junk food, shopped, saw old friends, visited lame tourist stuff, ate baked goods in Bakersville, stayed in hotel that looked like a spaceship, sat in traffic and were accosted in Venice Beach. But by and large we loved reading and soaking up the sun in Huntington Beach.

I hope the girl who was flying to LA who sat behind us on the plane was able to visit Olive Garden and Red Lobster. She had never been to either place.. she was from Alaska.
