My precious niece turned 10 this year and since I was not there to celebrate I promised her we would go to a play and have a grand day. So we went to a play called Nutcrackers, it was a comedic approach to the Nutcracker, I guess kids like it. Aisha and her sister Pon met us there, which was fun!
(I love the kid behind us in the photo, he also told me to move because he couldn't see...tuff luck kid, I'm a giant)

We then went to lunch at the Mad Hatters Cafe, which Caylee deemed her new favorite place to eat. Caylee and Pon loved the quaint and cute nature of the restaurant. We talked of Santa, school, favorite drinks, and our reactions to the play.

Caylee and I said our farewells to Aisha and Pon then started to drive home when Caylee said "I've always wanted to go the Tower of Americas. Want to go now?" My response, "Sure."
She was over joyed and danced with excitement. She repeated over and over, "I can't believe this!!" The smile would not fade from her face, hence it was easy to take so many pictures. I had also never visited the tower so it was great to finally see the city from the top of the tower.

As we started our descent to the 1st floor Caylee hugged me and said "This is the best day of my life!" Not bad.
When did Caylee become a ten-year-old? I still always think of her as this little girl! You are the best auntie!
