House Hunting

This is an emotional process.. You look at tons of places and so many of them are junk. I did find a little condo and I put an offer on it but the deal fell through since there were more renters than owners in the community. That fact impacts the ability to get financing.. Major bummer but oh well there are always more houses out there!
