Happy New Year

I had the craziest dream last night in which I was shot in the stomach. I remember distinctly telling people in my dream that it was just a gunshot to the tummy, no biggie. I awoke this morning to my hands clutching my stomach, very odd.  It turns out doing 30 day shred makes your ab muscles feel like they were shot so you just happen to dream of such violent belly attacks. 

Here's to six pack abs and more dreams of stomach gunshots.. I guess!
