I had always dreamed of going to Disneyland with my family! That dream came true in June! My whole family, except Scott, took a trip to California. Scott is not a big fan of busy theme parks so he sat this trip out.
I went into full crazy aunt mode where I planned detailed schedules for each park about how to maximize our time. We rode most of the rides! I found I did get a bit cranky with the heat and keeping everyone together, all 17 of us, was challenging. I loved how all the kids would chat with one another in the line. Nyla, Colton and Vance were such cute buddies. Harrison was my buddy and he wanted to ride most of the rides with me! It made me so happy!
It was my Dad’s first time at the park and several of my nieces and nephew’s first times. They loved the new Guardians ride a lot and the Indian Jones Ride.
My mom cracked me up the most because she has a pretty big fear of heights. We took her on Soaring Around the World and she hated it. I was laughing at how horrified she was of it, but I should have been more comforting.
Time with family is always my favorite and this trip did not disappoint!
